- Third-party costsHosting, domains, plugins, paid tools, and stock assets are paid by the client. Setup is included in the website price, but ongoing provider fees are separate.

Questions
Do the conversations really cost nothing?
Yes. We can talk as many times as you need before you decide anything. Nothing is built and nothing is owed until we both sign a contract.
How long does a project take?
Every project is different. We’ll discuss an estimated timeline before work begins, taking into account the project’s scope, complexity, and any dependencies.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit is paid when the contract is signed, and the remaining 50% is paid when you accept the finished website. Care plans are billed monthly.
Who owns the website?
You do. Once the final payment is made, you own the finished website and the custom deliverables included in your agreement. You’ll receive the agreed project files. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Yes. A redesign starts from what you have, including moving your existing content across.
Do I need a care plan?
No, care plans are optional. Either way, your website is hosted on an account you own. Without a plan, you look after updates yourself, and help after launch is quoted separately.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
For 30 days after launch or sign-off, whichever is later, I fix anything I built that doesn’t match what we agreed, at no cost. New features and changes to the design are not covered.
